Tee Time Detail

CANCELLATIONS & No Shows Desert Canyon Golf Club realizes that many things can happen in people’s daily lives. While truly sympathetic, the golf club cannot continue to absorb the financial responsibility of players not showing up for booked tee times. We require a 48-hour advance notice to cancel any tee times, including reductions in group size. The credit card holder is responsible for all applicable charges if a change or cancellation is not made within this timeframe. The individual making the reservation, whether for 1, 2, 3, or 4 players, will be responsible for the entire no-show fee or any portion of the fee if the players are missing from the group. When reservations are booked, it blocks out the available tee time in our reservation system and leaves us unable to make that time available for another player. We appreciate your understanding. Tee times reserved inside the cancellation window will be prepaid. The Golf Shop must be notified at least 48 hours before Tee Time cancellations or a reduction in the number of players.
Rain & Poor Weather Policy Rain Checks Less than 3 holes played: Eligible for an 18-hole rain check 3–14 holes played: Eligible for a 9-hole rain check 15 or more holes played: No rain check will be issued Important Notes If a player chooses to start their round while it is already raining and conditions worsen, no rain check will be issued. Rain checks will not be issued due to windy conditions. Rain checks must be redeemed according to the terms specified at the time of issue and are not transferable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our goal is to ensure that all players receive fair value while maintaining clear, consistent policies.
