Tee Time Detail

CANCELLATIONS & No Shows Desert Canyon Golf Club realizes that many things can happen in people’s daily lives. While truly sympathetic, the golf club cannot continue to absorb the financial responsibility of players not showing up for booked tee times. We require a 48-hour advance notice to cancel any tee times, including reductions in group size. The credit card holder is responsible for all applicable charges if a change or cancellation is not made within this timeframe. The individual making the reservation, whether for 1, 2, 3, or 4 players, will be responsible for the entire no-show fee or any portion of the fee if the players are missing from the group. When reservations are booked, it blocks out the available tee time in our reservation system and leaves us unable to make that time available for another player. We appreciate your understanding. Tee Times reserved inside the cancellation window will be prepaid. The Golf Shop must be notified at least 48 hours before Tee Time cancellations or a reduction in the number of players.
